Welcome to NLDC 2011 Singapore!

National Leadership Development Conference (NLDC) 2011 is a 5 day Conference bringing together over 200 youth leaders from local and abroad from the 9-13 December. NLDC 2011 seeks to create a learning and engaging environment through dialogues, exchange sessions and signature conference events such as Global Village and Gala Dinner.

This year, the theme of our conference is “We are AIESECers empowering AIESECers”. In AIESEC, we believe that by cultivating the empowerment culture, we will be able to mould leaders that motivate and inspire the people around them. We hope that through NLDC 2011, delegates will be inspired to be the change they want to see in the world.
